I bought a groupon Brazilian package and went on opening day— I didn’t want to make a scene because there were cameramen in the lobby and didn’t want my face out there but my service was so incredibly painful that I stopped the technician midway. I’ve had over a dozen brazilian sugaring services at other spots and never ever had it hurt so bad. The sugar wasn’t warm enough. I asked if we could skip just to the very last area since it’s less painful than the others and then I could leave. The technician left globs of sugar stuck to me! When I went to check out, I informed the owner who was at the register that I just ended up doing the upper triangle and backside and then she tried to CHARGE ME for those areas in addition to the full service I had paid for. Thats like booking a flight and paying to go to Atlanta and then layover and fly to Miami, missing your Miami flight, and then the airline charging you the cost of the first leg ON TOP OF your prepaid reservation. I don’t think I’m ever willing to go back.
