I had a fantastic experience at Sugaring NYC in Fairlawn! Jada was waiting for me at the front when I arrived, greeted me warmly, and got me started right away—no waiting at all. She was incredibly friendly and personable. I’ve been sugaring for years, and this was my first time at this location. Jada took the time to answer all my questions about the different services they offer and made the whole experience seamless. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Jada and this location to anyone looking for top-notch service!

I went about 6 weeks ago for my first ever sugaring. I was completely nervous walking in but by the time it was over I felt completely comfortable! The vibe of the whole place is perfect ! I had Jada as my sugarist and she was amazing! She explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable the whole appointment. I’m definitely going back and scheduling with Jada again.

My experience with Sugaring NYC has been nothing less than spectacular. Upon arrival I was greating by my Sugarist Jada who took me back to a private room and explained the whole process for a brazilian and checked in with me to make sure I was okay with everything. She then left the room for me to get ready, she came in a couple minutes later and we had small talk to make me more comfortable. She then explained what the wax was made of and how it would affect my body and the benefits it has over waxing and then demonstrated how it wasn’t hot and how it would go on and pull off. As we proceeded with the sugaring we talked about the difference of wax vs sugaring and every 2 or 3 pulls she would stop and make sure I was okay. During the worse areas she would remove a strip and then let me collect myself if I needed and then start again. Even though Jada took her time and kept assuring me how good I was doing, as it was my 1st time and I was so nervous, it was only a 15 minute appointment! She then applied oil to help moisturize the area and gave me after care instructions and asked if I had any questions (she was so informative that I really didn’t have any questions) i told her that it was such a pleasure as she made my first time getting sugared and a brazilian easy, informative, and not embarrassing at all. I then booked another appointment for 5 weeks out! Not to mention a full brazilian at 65 dollars to me is very well worth it! I’m hoping to add other services as well! Sugaring NYC is very nice and clean and super cute on the inside! The process to check in and make an appointment was super easy. Jada did an amazing job on my eyelashes. I totally love them and she kills it every time!!

I had my first sugaring experience with Jada, and she was absolutely amazing! She explained everything in detail and made sure I knew what to expect during the entire process. It was so much quicker and less painful than waxing! I also got to chat with Diamond and Peyton—both of them were super sweet and made the experience even better. The space is adorable, especially if you love pink and girly vibes. Overall, I had a fantastic first-time experience!
