I used to go here with Nora who always did an incredible job and always had a great experience with her but I think she was gone (not working here anymore). So I tried different waxer. Niveyah was great with my 1st appointment with her. I booked Jas on my next one but for some reason (I dont know) she was not there so Niveyah did my wax which is fine. But didnt have great experience this time. Im 9months pregnant, didnt offer any help to get up and instead laughed at me. At this point, maybe I should look for a different waxing salon.

I had an amazing experience with Sam! She was so nice, professional, and incredibly thorough. I came in after having a bad experience with a wax from another place (European Wax Center), and Sam completely fixed it. She took her time, made sure I was comfortable, and the results were perfect. Jass did an amazing quick job! It was my first time geting a Brazilian sugar session. She made sure I was comfortable and distracted my mind from the pain of having hairs being ripped out from the root

it was an instant stinging pain then once she pressed against the skin it was all okay
