V-Facials
by Sugaring NYC

The V-Facial treatment by Sugaring NYC utilizes many of the same techniques as a regular facial but applied to the bikini/gluteal area. Very similar to a facial, it addresses various skin concerns that can occur from regular shaving, waxing, sensitive skin, genetics etc. It is a non-invasive procedure that is completely topical – most clients describe it as a soothing and rejuvenating experience!

Treatment takes about 10-15 minutes and is not painful at all. This service can only be performed on hairless skin, and is meant to be used as add-on to ANY variation of bikini sugaring.

This service can be purchased à la carte, but can only be performed if the skin is completely hairless.

Ingrown Hair Extractions -$20

The affected area is steamed to soften up the pustules for easy ingrown hair removal. The hairs that are ready to be extracted are removed. This service is appropriate for anyone who has a breakout of ingrown hairs, especially those that have painful pustules.

Chemical Peel - $20

Our glycolic acid chemical peel is a super exfoliation that acts like pac man and eats away at the dead skin cells and sebum that clog the pores, causing the hair to get trapped underneath. This treatment is ideal for anyone who gets deep and pitted ingrown hairs as well as those who want to maintain an even skin tone and deepen results to keep the area clear of future ingrown hairs. Those who are allergic to aspirin or that are currently using any retinol are not a candidate for this service.

Mask (anti-ingrown, hydrating, brightening, calming, nourishing, and more) - $20

We offer a wide range of masks to address a variety of different skin concerns. Your Sugarista will evaluate your skin and discuss with you the mask that is appropriate for your needs. Our masks range from hydrating to brightening to pore-refining…your Sugarista will consult with you during your service to determine the best mask for you.

High Frequency Machine - $15

High frequency is a popular skincare technique that is used to treat a variety of skin conditions, such as ingrown hairs. High-frequency treatment pushes oxygen deep into the pores, eliminating bacteria. Extractions are most effective when paired with a high-frequency treatment. This treatment cannot be performed on any client with a pacemaker or a client who is pregnant.

I’ve loved my results each time I visit and have McKenna as my esthetician. The staff is nothing but kind and accommodating.For the newbies: the bathroom at this location is usually stocked with baby wipes so you can freshen up beforehand, they offer deals all the time so sign up for the notifications via email, and be sure to let your friends know how great this service is!

I just moved here and was wanting to find a new waxing place. I found sugaring NYC and had seen the promotion for $50 off or 50% off for the Brazilian and I scheduled my appointment on 8/30 for 9/1. I get there and wait 10 minutes past my appointment time. The lady who did my service was very sweet, I loved her and she did an amazing job, however, I’m not sure what spray they put on after you’re done, but It BURNS. It’s been 20 minutes since my appointment and it’s still burning like a sob!!! If you have sensitive skin tell them not to use whatever that spray is!!! Needless to say, the ladies are nice, but the promotion was not given to me because my appointment day was the 1st so the promotion was no longer available which was shocking when you’re not planning on spending $70 and I’m still searching for a new wax place.Update:I washed off the oil that was used, I might be allergic to something in it. Customer service is very responsive and very helpful.

Love India!Sugaring was my first waxing experience and I have no need or want to try any other way. The first time I had a day of tender/soreness after. I’ve gone four times now and I have no sensitivity, no burns, nothing! Quick and very tolerable zings during sugaring but once it’s done it’s done. The over all appointments are quick, prices are clearly stated on website, India will talk you through everything, and the whole office is very clean!
