Booked Tasha for my first time ever getting a brazillian. She was sweet and patient with me and advised me everytime she would pull which helped me prepare for the pain. Guys just do it! hurts in the moment for 5-10 seconds but that’s it, You are going to be so soft afterwards.

They charge my card while I was on the phone with them explaining that I couldn’t come in since my monthly friend came unexpectedly & early the same day .. she was rude about explaining the cancellation policy. I told her this was my second time coming and no one explained any policy while I was booking the apt .. she stated well it’s posted. Ok granted I asked was the cancellation fee going to be added to next booking and she stated NO RUDELY AGAIN …so I’m being charge a fee that can’t be transferred to another apt because my menstrual came super early …never saw any posting while I was there the last visit … matters not why wasn’t this communicated when I booked the apt … I’m a 16 year business owner myself and I’m very thorough about any policy’s I implement to my clients.. as rude as Layla was to me while charging my card while I’m still on the phone was ridiculous… they need better employee etiquette training on dealing with customers … so I will be calling a manger or corporate but I wont be ok with the handling or treatment I receive today …she stated well it’s emailed as well … I checked my email while on the phone with her and guess what no emails from this location on any policies… I’m definitely going to make sure I’m heard and someone in management have to make sure clients are not treated with low regards …

I just went here I haven’t waxed in years since last time I did I got a bad allergic reaction but I’m about to give birth and decided to try Sugaring which is supposed to be better than regular waxing. Rescheduling fees are ridiculous. I prefer sugaring, so I drive to cypress, but their policies are the obvious reason for why their central location was shut down. The service was mediocre likely due to high turn over from staff still learning to sugar properly. I won’t return and I wouldn’t recommend to my enemies.

Been coming here for almost a year loved it until one of the employees took it upon their hands and booked an appointment for me without my permission and charged my card , I tried too call them about how the issue could be resolved , and they simply called me a liar and didn’t care about my concerns or how they could help me even after explaining it too the manager he kept dismissing my concerns about their employee misunderstanding telling me I was wrong as if what I was saying didn’t matter , very bad customer service they don’t care about their customers rude overall . Don’t trust ur card information to this people they will charge you without ur permission Worst experience ever take ur service elsewhere!
