Without an appointment, I walked in for a service and was treated with kindness and was seen promptly. Renee G. was a friendly and skilled technician who did a great job with attention to detail and care for my comfort during the treatment. I also like the healing oil spray she offered at the end of my treatment. Would recommend! The location is clean (but cold!) and welcoming.

Booked Tasha for my first time ever getting a brazillian. She was sweet and patient with me and advised me everytime she would pull which helped me prepare for the pain. Guys just do it! hurts in the moment for 5-10 seconds but that’s it, You are going to be so soft afterwards.Went again and booked Lina I believe was her name, just because Tasha wasn’t available unfortunately, but I wish I had just waited for Tasha because she is way sweeter, welcoming, and nicer and more gentle. Just go with Tasha guys seriously lol

I had a positive experience with Keandra. She was kind, patient, and professional. I walked in not knowing if I would be serviced because I didn’t have an appointment and it was 5:30pm Thankfully, Keandra accepted me. Keandra’s willingness to allow me to come in right before closing shows she is serious about being a help to others. Thank you Keandra!

the front desk person is rude andBlatantly unprofessional her name I believe was (Layla ).. They charge my card while I was on the phone with them explaining that I couldn’t come in since my monthly friend came unexpectedly & early the same day .. she was rude about explaining the cancellation policy. I told her this was my second time coming and no one explained any policy while I was booking the apt .. she stated well it’s posted. Ok granted I asked was the cancellation fee going to be added to next booking and she stated NO RUDELY AGAIN …so I’m being charge a fee that can’t be transferred to another apt because my menstrual came super early …never saw any posting while I was there the last visit … matters not why wasn’t this communicated when I booked the apt … I’m a 16 year business owner myself and I’m very thorough about any policy’s I implement to my clients.. as rude as Layla was to me while charging my card while I’m still on the phone was ridiculous… they need better employee etiquette training on dealing with customers … so I will be calling a manger or corporate but I wont be ok with the handling or treatment I receive today …she stated well it’s emailed as well … I checked my email while on the phone with her and guess what no emails from this location on any policies… I’m definitely going to make sure I’m heard and someone in management have to make sure clients are not treated with low regards …

Recently moved to the area and book an appointment online. It was fast and easy, I was able to get in right away with Lina. She was amazing! Friendly and very professional. She did a great job, so great that I took my daughter back today. Great experience. My daughter and I will definitely be come regular clients of Lina.

i love getting a sugar wax at this building. the aesthetic is beautiful, wonderful co-workers & my wax lady always get me in & out with no problems .

I just went here I haven’t waxed in years since last time I did I got a bad allergic reaction but I’m about to give birth and decided to try Sugaring which is supposed to be better than regular waxing. It was painful as heck lol but that beside the point. They were so nice and clean. The place is beautifully decorated and the girl that took care of me was nice and gentle. I will be back

I’ve been going to this location for about 2 years now. The staff is always so accommodating and friendly. I don’t have a specific person I go to when I have my sugaring appointments but every person I’ve had did a great job and made me feel comfortable. It’s also super clean and I love the decor. Payment and scheduling process is easy too.

Rescheduling fees are ridiculous. I prefer sugaring, so I drive to cypress, but their policies are the obvious reason for why their central location was shut down. The service was mediocre likely due to high turn over from staff still learning to sugar properly. I won’t return and I wouldn’t recommend to my enemies.

Been coming here for almost a year loved it until one of the employees took it upon their hands and booked an appointment for me without my permission and charged my card , I tried too call them about how the issue could be resolved , and they simply called me a liar and didn’t care about my concerns or how they could help me even after explaining it too the manager he kept dismissing my concerns about their employee misunderstanding telling me I was wrong as if what I was saying didn’t matter , very bad customer service they don’t care about their customers rude overall . Don’t trust ur card information to this people they will charge you without ur permission Worst experience ever take ur service elsewhere!

I went and got a sugaring Brazilian and vajacial with Tasha C. She was efficient, effective and informative. She handled me with care and had answers to all of my concerns in regard to after care, following up and which would be the best membership. I look forward to seeing her again. My first time sugaring and the girl that did mine was very nice and sweet. Not all the hair was removed but overall she did a great job. I was able to tak3 advantage of the first time half off deal. The place was clean and smelled good. Receptionist was very nice.

Laila was AWESOME!! I knew coming in that it would be extremely painful, but she managed to keep me calm the entire time during my leg, underarm, lip, and bikini sugaring. While this was for a special occasion, I definitely am going to come back for an appointment in the future when I need it!! Laila also kept great conversation and she’s just awesome in general. Can’t wait to come back when I need it 💖💖

If you’re curious about it just try it. If you don’t like it you don’t have to do it. I was nervous at first but I’ve been back multiple times since everyone’s nice and they make you feel comfortable.

I REALLY enjoy this place. The first time I came in I didn’t know how to feel, I was nervous but the techs are just so talented. I have been here for about 5 months now. I have probably used every single wax tech at this point and have zero complaints on any of em.

My first experience trying a brazillian sugaring wax service was painful. The outcome was great.It has been 5.5 weeks since my last brazillian at a European Wax, therefore, the length of my hair may very well be a factor of my pain, as it has been in the past at EW.A feedback I would give to the business is to inform their clients about the service being rendered & just be aware of someone new coming so the proper pre and post-opt. service and instruction are understood and expected.

Debbie has been great! I’m coming back for my 4th treatment with her. I have never sugared or waxed — I told her I was nervous, and she walked me through each step kindly and patiently.

It was a really terrible experience. It was much more painful than other waxing. A technician named Debbie didn’t give me any information, and as soon as I lay down, she did the procedure as if she would tear my body apart. I will never go there again. it was the worst experience

I loved everything about my experience. Sugaring is so much less painful than regular wax. I could never go back to regular waxing and the professional that worked with me was Amazing!

I had been going to European Wax and felt like I was constantly getting ingrowns. I switched over to Sugaring and it was the best decision ever!! Najary has been my all time favorite. She works quickly but efficiently and she’s a pleasure to talk to. She really cares about the service she’s providing!
