First of all, don’t worry about trimming your hair pre-sugaring. The worst-case scenario is that you’ll trim it too short and your sugarista won’t be able to complete the sugaring. The ideal length for hair is about the size of a grain of rice, but if it’s longer, it doesn’t matter. If you’re a shaver, you’ll want to make sure you leave it to grow out for at least three weeks so there’s enough hair for the sugar paste to adhere to.
In terms of outfits, we’d recommend wearing loose clothes.

This technique of hair removal employs the use of an all-natural sugar paste made from sugar 🍯, lemon juice 🍋, and water đź’¦. While the paste may have a wax-like consistency and color, it’s made without the sticky resins, chemicals, preservatives, and dyes that you’ll find in wax.
Post-sugaring appointment, it’s important to start exfoliating 2 to 3 days after your visit. Our scrubs work WONDERS! (And yes, we carry them in-store!) TIP: For best results, we recommend exfoliating in the shower using a gentle circular motion. This is when the pores are open.
