Do your best to avoid getting a sugaring around your period. Itโs normal for your V to be a little more sensitive or tender during that time.
Add a numbing spray (if youโre not allergic to it).
R e l a x. Being tense can definitely make things more painful for you, so try your best to show up in a good headspace.
Wear breathable, loose-fitting clothing to your appointment.
Stay hydrated.
Maintain a regular sugaring schedule and forgo shaving in between appointments.
