π Do your best to avoid getting a sugaring around your period. It’s normal for your V to be a little more sensitive or tender during that time.
π Add a numbing spray (if you’re not allergic to it).
π R e l a x. Being tense can definitely make things more painful for you, so try your best to show up in a good headspace.
π Wear breathable, loose-fitting clothing to your appointment.
π Stay hydrated. π¦
π Maintain a regular sugaring schedule and forgo shaving in between appointments.
