Do your best to avoid getting a sugaring around your period. Itβs normal for your V to be a little more sensitive or tender during that time.
Add a numbing spray (if youβre not allergic to it).

Wear breathable, loose-fitting clothing to your appointment.
Stay hydrated.
Maintain a regular sugaring schedule and forgo shaving in between appointments.
