Did full legs and it was great, Im mexican so i grow very thick hair very quickly. Patience was who took care of me and she was so lovely, sweet and considerate. I did not feel judged AT ALL about my leg hair.. which has been an issue when I am getting my hair waxed at beauty salons... Patience even made helpful suggestions and explained things nicely, super positive experience i loved it! Will for sure keep coming back here 🥰🥰😍

i absolutely loved my first visit and will be coming back every 4 weeks! it was definitely such a in and out type thing today, and i absolutely love that i was able to just go in and out right away, it was like 15/20 mins max! and will be going back, and recommend friends and family members! can’t wait for my next visit! and Kelli was the one who attended me and made my first visit super easy and super fast, as a working mom i truly appreciate her for being able to do it fast, easy and super fun. 🫶🏼 the owner ( i forgot her name ) so sorry but she was extremely kind and helpful and super nice. highly recommended. 1/14/26 is when i went in.

I have very sensitive skin so I'm always looking for natural products. Kami was very knowledgeable about the all natural products they use and what would be best for me personally. Honestly every time I go I have had the best experience! They are so respectful and friendly! Ashley is so great and very meticulous about getting every hair. She is very careful about making sure that you are comfortable throughout the whole experience! I am almost 9 months pregnant and she was very careful and made sure that she wasn’t pushing too hard the whole time! I will definitely be coming back here!

I have really sensitive skins therefore I’ve always avoided waxing so when I dropped into the Clinton location Ashley was so nice to answer all my questions. She even waxed a little sample area at no cost so I could see how my skin would react. It was so reassuring!

This was my second time ever getting waxed. My first wax experience was at a different place/business and it was the worst! I can’t say enough good things about sugaring NYC. I came to this place to get my 2nd wax ever, post 7 weeks from my last wax and I was so nervous! I thought it was going to be painful cause my first wax was awful. But my experience with Desiree was phenomenal! I would recommend her to anyone, she is AMAZING! She was SO nice, had music playing and is SO good at what she does. She was quick and effective while waxing and was very personable & professional. Yes waxing is always a little uncomfortable cause you are getting waxed! But she made the experience so seamless. I will recommend this place to everyone!
